I don't like this outcome, but this is the path women have laid out with paternity laws. I totally agree that this is the best outcome if the only alternative was for him to be financially responsible for her choices. Maybe this will be the catalyst to get more fairness for men moving forward? I don't think there's any way that happens without more women getting screwed over.

Two things

One. I actually doubt one can even legally enter and do such a compromise.

Two. I kind of think he just doesn't want her to have his kids at all. Financially obligated or not.
Only if the agreement is confirmed by a court order. see my posts above.
