This guy has to be the worst lawyer of all time. He must have been ripping everyone off. Shaking down corporations is one thing, stealing from your clients without a contract....that is incompetence on parade

yeah that's what i said on page 1

the "Nike case" is going to be interesting and he has a good argument. i'm shocked the feds took that case b/c usually they go for slam dunks. the issue will be how much of what he said was puffery in settlement negotiations and if the jury believes it was settlement talks or a "shake down"
