That's the challenge isn't it; to find a specific qualifier that isn't directly and blatantly race based, but still advantages one race over another?
Maybe give "points" to certain groups while subtracting "points" from others while not actually identifying race.
Or better yet secretly reject those applicants that don't fit the currently approved race quotas. No reason need be given, just close the door without any explanation while still holding on to the old system.

That's not up to me, that's up to the courts.
Do I want it to be so? No BUT no court is going to stop schools from doing it.

I'm literally just describing how the system worked.
If I describe a situation, that doesn't mean I'm an advocate of that situation.
You do understand that, right? Because I'm getting increasingly worried you don't get the difference here.
