I’m pretty sure it is. I know Miguez’s father passed away so that’s slowed him.

I voted for him.
What scares me is that he was at 47-48% in the primary with Simien at 29%, IIRC.
Runoff election he was the same and Simien at 52ish?
Understanding the turn out was Shite, how could he not gain 2-3% and seal the deal?
Statewide? MEH.

Doesn't matter, the GOP doesn't have the desire to primary him
He will remain in office just like all the other GOPe snakes

Fleming is in but he’s a rich nobody that will probably buy his way to the runoff. After reading his lastest opinion, he sounds a little paranoid.
Fleming is an empty suit and will be a part of the swamp. I heard him talk once when he was a Congressman and he had the audacity to say he couldn't think of one good government program. He surely enjoyed being a bureaucrat in state government and now in the federal government overseeing not one good governmental program.

If Cassidy somehow gets the nom, JBE will be the next senator and I’m 1000% certain of it. Republicans will not show up for Cassidy, and thousands of the moderate R’s will actually vote FOR JBE. Take it to the bank. A Cassidy candidacy turns this senate seat into a Dem one guaranteed.
Oddly enough, this is what the congressional GOP wants anyway - to lose control so they don’t have to legislate. So it’s a double whammy.
