It depends on whether or not they can be used to further the false narrative. They're definitely left out of 1) income studies, 2) crime statistics, and 3) the discussion about IQ tests being culturally biased and discriminatory.

I don't believe Asians started thinking of themselves as people of color until they started getting passed over by college admission officers in favor of blacks and hispanics.
More and more are starting to play the color card. Not because they want to but because they have been forced to do so.

If systemic white racism existed to suppress all people that aren't white, why would that racism not include Asians?
At less than 5% of the population, they have even less influence than blacks or hispanics.
