Yet I have WWI and WWII books written by Germans, Napoleonic Wars books by French authors, Vietnam books by American authors, etc.
The initial question was about IN SCHOOL. Did you learn in school that
-the North had worse POW camps than Andersonville based on deaths?
-there were black slaveowners in America and that blacks sold slaves to white traders?
-that America intentionally fire-bombed civilians in both Japan and Germany?
-that the north did not fight the Civil War to free the slaves?
I didn't, but I am almost 60 and went to public school.

I appreciate the history lesson - but nothing you said explains why Texas explicitly stated that the threat to slavery was the cause for secession. And Texas wasn't the only one; other seceding states listed the threat to slavery as the primary cause for secession.
And it's not like that's the only evidence. The historical record is overwhelming - it really is that clear. You keep alluding to "other issues" - and there were other issues, but none was worthy of seceding, and most were related to slavery in some way.

I am 67 and received a superb education.
I believe that there was not a single black person who was originally sold into slavery by any groups except other black persons in Africa and/or INDIAN TRIBAL groups by by other "native American"groups here in North America
