National media is strangely quiet down there.

74 arrested so far. Looting in uptown including Harwood/Rolex building and Whole Foods. Not the “hood” to be sure.

Rampaging Uptown now. Still no live feeds. Weird that I haven’t found any all night.

That wasn’t a live feed from what I could see. Very strange that there seemingly isn’t one to be found. Also interesting that the girl reporting stated her news organization pulled them out.

The only thing I’ve found with updates. You’d figure with what’s happening there’d be more coverage. Scheduled programming on local channels. SNL etc.

The days of Channel 8 covering local news all night is long gone. Channel 4 covered the entire overnight the five cops were killed. The millennial dog dads who work there now want to get back to Frisco. It’s Saturday night.

Chip Moody is rolling over in his grave.

Yesterday, May 30th I dropped my wife off at Love Field and drove back east down I20. I must've seen 40 Texas Dept of Public Safety (State Police) mostly SUV Trooper vehicles moving. I thought is was most likely a broken caravan of new vehicles coming into the state but who knows? Maybe they were going to Dallas to prepare for possible trouble.
