Well that is much different than LE just hanging around and watching people's cameras for no reason.
That also goes into breaking privacy laws in some scenarios.

I do not and will not ever have Alexa or a ring camera in my house.
My cameras are all hard wired and connected to a harddrive and monitor. They record only when they pick up motion. You will need a warrant to access my home and cameras

I cancelled Amazon Prime long ago and never buy anything there. Everyone else should shun Google and Amazon every chance they get.

And I wouldn't put a camera except for protection pointing away from home.
