I can't make him quit posting, but he clearly lost the bet and is now breaking his word, like we knew he would. Every time he posts in a SG thread I'm going to call him out on it, with a link back to here. What a joke.

Here was the bet:
You took the bet.
I provided a link saying White "put a hold on the bill."
You lost the bet. You can weasle out of it, just as I expected you to do, but you LOST.

A bill must be presented by a legislator to be up for debate and vote. If it's withdrawn, then it's removed from the agenda. It's it's "put of hold" then it's removed from the agenda.

Per the link I have posted 3 times now, the bill is on the agenda still. For tomorrow no less. The bill was not withdrawn, as Russian stated.

Agendas are changed every freaking day. It was withdrawn/put on hold temporarily and then added back on. How is that so hard to understand?

Am I wrong? Please tell me what I said was incorrect. The pages long fight over semantics was stupid. "Put on hold" and "Withdrawn" mean the same thing in a legislative session.
