The ACLU is nothing more than another arm of the Democrat party. That they sounded off on this was merely for them to have another avenue for slamming Trump, as well as trying to get an attaboy for 'doing the right thing' once in a bleu moon.

Interesting take since the ACLU has hypocritically chosen particular sides of issues that blatantly oppose rights for certain groups and individuals. Should be an all or nothing stance concerning "rights", especially when it involves government overreach.
