The obvious move for Trump is to wait for her to say something while he is speaking (which will 100% happen) and just uno reverse this trick on here and say "Excuse me, I'm speaking"

I hope Trump keeps quiet and after Kamala tosses some word salad he repeats the line from the debate with Joe... something like "I dont know what she said, she doesnt even know what she said".
Turn the tables on her. They want to get Trump riled up but if he can restrain himself and make a few comments like that she will go crazy.

Yes, but she also wants to be a professional smart-arse. She wants to interject when one of her a-hole quips comes to mind. That's what she does.
This woman is a Grade-A snatch! She may not be able to articulate and sell a stance - but she knows how to quip and zing.
THIS is why they wanted the mics. So she can quip and piss off Trump.
