Even Nate Silver is calling them out for concocting a bullshite poll that was solely designed to get Roy Moore to drop out of the race when the allegations hit.
We're talking about the "NRSC" poll dated 11/13 and purportedly showing Doug Jones with a 12 point lead
Just look at that and let it sink in. The National Republican Senatorial Committee hastily paid for an "internal" poll (without releasing the internal metrics) and then released just the "results" that showed THEIR OWN CANDIDATE IN A MUST-WIN RACE to be losing by 12 points. This was all within days of the initial allegations breaking.
They are fricking evil and they are our enemies.

Assuming the initial story didnt come about organically, it makes more sense if you were trying to get him to quit, replace him as a candidate or begin a write in campaign for another candidate for it to break when it did.
Not that I think we democrats are not capable of such a tactic, but the timing would have been better to come out the first week in December for the DNC, not a week plus ago.

As terrible as Moore is, I just have a hard time imagining that he is going to lose this race to Doug Jones.
