That thing likely has $400k of “education” under its belt & will never contribute a damn thing of substance throughout its existence.
Too many friends have this black sheep dragging the family down & the story comes down to the same scenario each time.. anti social, no applicable skill sets & has played the antagonist role every chance possible since they were young teens.

What many posters in this thread are missing is the hope she wishes to attain, namely, that these things should be attainable by ALL not just the few.
