My FIL is retired Air Force.
There isn't a better Healthcare option than his Tricare.
Better than Medicare with all of the supplements.
And it is free.

Canada largely pays for their government run medicine via a 16% sales tax. It's not enough to maintain a state of the art system, so the bean counters cut, cut and cut until people with cancer die waiting for treatment.
