The only reasonable explanation is that Thune & the RINOs benefit from the same election fraud pathways as the D Party. As a result, he will obstruct Trump at every turn, including starving the SAVE America Act.
Joke's on him. Trump will drop a national emergency & accompanying EO at the perfect time and deal with these obstructionists in due time. They keep self-identifying, so they take most of the hard work out of it.

Agreed, which is why when they poll people, they all say oh I have an ID its not hard to get.
