I could understand them thinking that Trump is a nasty politician that is irresponsible with his words with zero context.
Unfortunately I have lived through almost twenty years of the media and our cultures "thought leaders" bashing every aspect of conservativism with the same resentful attitude these voters have. It's not just Trump. It was Bush, Romney, McCain and anything else that didn't fall in line. They can't stand that people DGAF about what they think and it drives them insane. Without any self reflecting they will get more and more conservatives to punch back and they will continue down a path of self destruction.
I won't even comment on that lady saying California is the reason the South survives. It's not even worth entertaining her.

Lunz was just on Shapiro's show. I was not impressed.
