True, but he is right more than he is wrong. Much of what he points out is that the government attempting to pick winners and losers in the marketplace is usually a losing endeavor. Film tax credits, catfish farming, and the other topics were really about the government subsidies.
As for the current tariff situation, they're terrible, but if Trump can use them to reach a better deal with the Chinese, then all's well that ends well.
