If so, if I were the MAGA lawyers I would just respond with no defense, stand up and say
And then move for the vote.
Don’t entertain this with any semblance of thought or argument.
Sane people can’t argue with the insane.
Just decline to engage and request the vote.

That’s what I would do. Don’t engage. Don’t give it a thought. This would rub the nose in the Shitcrats faces and be the ultimate insult that they are not worth the oxygen expended in responding.

In my house, i choose to ignore and pretend that the child doesn’t exist if they act petulant. I would test these people the same as a misbehaving child and not engage in any level.
