It's funny he is always on the same vote as McCain, Corker, Graham, etc etc until about 6 weeks before his primary... in the case of the debt ceiling, even closer

My grandmother voted for him gladly because she actually believes his lies. She also thinks Boehner/McConnell are awesome and are fighting Obama at every turn.
Older voters are more suspect to fall for these smoke and mirror tactics that the establishment puts on because they aren't as likely to do the research, and believes things at face value
