If we dont pass the ball more, we wont win the title

(if we get in the title game). Earlier in the year, we passed a good amount and was successful. Now that JJ is back, its Crowton ball. If we want to beat a OK St/OK/the new and improved Oregon, we will have to score alot of points. Our defense can only do so much.

It's not our style to throw the ball a lot, and also, being in the SEC, the defenses that we have played so far have toughened us up. The teams you mentioned above have not played the caliber of defense that we present to them. We can score enough to beat any of those teams. We will beat them up and make them hurt,(see Oregon game vs LSU)

Just like 2010, sluggish starts and scrapping for a win. JL brings stability to the LSU Offense, the proof is 8 games started and 8 impressive wins. We will not win without both QBs but Lee needs to set the tone as he can.

The only way our pass game improves is if JJ gets the damn ball out quicker. He holds on way too long, play breaks down, he has to scramble. IF he gains poisitve yards he looks like a hero.
Bottom line execution sucked.
Lee gets the ball out before the defenders can react. JJ has NO short game and his long game is a wing and a prayer. Clement's long catch should have been a TD. Rueben's TD was poorly thrown, too, but a great play be Rueben.

i bet we could get there without throwing a pass. Or at least beat Ole Miss & Arkansas.
