So I gotta pay for the extra pita bread?

The 10$ chicken shawarma plate came out with
2 pieces of room temperature pita bread,
and when i finished those,
i respectfully asked for more bread.
The ticket came out and there was a .99 charge for the 2 'extra' pieces of bread??

Which place? It's been a year or so but Romans on perkins had no problem bringing their stale bread to the table.
