I have the normal worksharp and love it. I can get a knife hair shaving sharp in a few minutes, especially with some bore paste on an old fine belt. Not sure why i need a kitchen fillet or hunting knife sharper than that.

Did none of ya'lls dads teach you how to sharpen a knife the old fashion way?

I've got a Ken Onion and that thing is AWESOME! I broke it out just the other day and took a knick out of an S30-V, then turned it into a razor, then did it to every other knife I could find that wasn't already a razor. When I was a kid I was all about stones and steels and strops but since this thing, I might use the strop. I might use a steel for touchup. But sharpening is all done on the Work Sharp. I can sharpen everything in my house in less than an hour. Knives, Scissors, Mower Blades, Serrated stuff. I love taking old shitty steak knives and turn them into razors. Takes like two passes.
