Will OEM tires from a 2021 F150 work on a 2019 F150 (TPMS)?

I have a 2019 F150, a buddy bought a brand new 2021 f150 and is buying new rims and tires. Gonna sell me those OEM rims/tires on the cheap. Will the TPMS censors in the 2021 tires work on the 2019?

Should. Need someone to program it though. Even different brands will work usually.

Nah, just need to relearn, the system doesn't know the difference, it isn't that smart.

I used the word interchangeably really. Program, relearn. You need the tool to do it.

I sold my oem wheels and new Ridge grapplers to a buddy with a 21 f150 (mines an 18) they worked fine with his. I kept my old tire sensors and he used his.
