Caught these in Veret today. Second weekend in a row! And we left early so I could catch the game!

Go straight across and a little to the right and have a blast! Work your way toward the upper lake. Ultra-lite, cork, worm@ about 2'. Water is high, fish a little deeper than normal. Parking is at a premium rite now. I left the house @ 4:15 this morning and litterally got the last spot on the lot and the water was over ankle high.

Thunderstorms in Reggio and the wind is picking up in Ponch from the South this afternoon.

Getting itchy, but don't want to drive down to Reggio and get rained out.

A total of 18 keepers. Many missed and a few thrown back. Some mostly lite blue. Some almost black. Then this one that's slightly green w black spots.

There was an older couple fishing 6-8" deep w worm n cork catching a good mess of bluegill/bream.

I was 2' deep looking for cats. Ended up catching one bream.

We caught 14 bream last weekend and 1 yesterday. Every fish I cleaned was full of eggs though, so not sure whats going on with the spawn. Unusual temps and high water may have em screwed up.

Thx for all the advise guys. Now I'll have surgery on my knee, 4-5 weeks without much fun ahead.
