The Dexter oyster knife if very functional. R. Murphy has some nice oyster knives.

These R Murphy stainless steel crab knives are money.

Contacted Georgia Oyster knives via email inquiring if they would ever do a Louisiana knife. They responded that the Louisiana version will be available to purchase some time this week.
