When I was growing up, the next door neighbor had a pond about that size. It had a couple of 3 pounders in there, but that's as big as they'd get. And not many. And eventually they get wise to everything you throw at them. As the other poster said, you need to get some bluegill in there as a forage species, and I will add to that- fathead minnows. Read up on fathead spawning habitat so you can have a reproducing population of them. And plant some small trees/shrubbery around the edges.
