What you baws using for pond bass?
I don’t have very big bass In my pond yet, but I like to wet a line occasionally. What are y’all throwing for small pond bass? I’ve seen them hitting spiders on top water so that’s what I was thinking. What says the OB?

Floating Worm

Get about any purple worm and put a hook in it and fish

When I was a kid the black and yellow H&H was a killer in a pond

I throw whatever was rigged up for Speckled trout or redfish when I pond fish... Bass eat the same shite. If the pond has crawfish a speed craw or similar in brown/red/black will kill em faster than anything.

Watermelon red flake. It’s the lure that proved to me that confidence that you’ll catch a fish plays a big part of it. If there are bass in a body of water, I know I can catch one with a watermelon red flake senko.

That’s about the size of most of mine. I did see one hit about 2x that size. Hit a spider walking across the water. I hadn’t reeled him in yet tho
