As far as your story about being in the woods. I agree its better to be safe than sorry. I was hunting a WMA the other day and saw another hunter. shot him on the spot because he is a predator and had a gun.

In this situation, does it matter that it's a pitt bull. I wouldn't care if it was a "wild" golden retriever. If a dog was killing the game on my land...KA-BOOOOOM!!!!
