I just helped my dad sell a used boat(2017 NauticStar 24') and looked at what others were listed at, mostly on BoatTrader, and set a price based off of that. Boats like yours seem to be in the $26,000-$40,000 range, if you're really trying to move it I'd list it around $34,000 and take the first offer in the mid to upper $20s. That boat is nearing 20 years old and when you get into the high 30s people will start to shop and compare it to newer boats that aren't that much further in price.
As far as places to list it, I got a handful of inquires from Boat Trader, but the guy who bought it, and most of the people who showed interest/came look came from Facebook Marketplace. I had like 8 different people want to buy that all either couldn't get financing or were offered like 11% interest, so that'll hurt your pool of buyers too.

This is definitely something to consider. After a certain age used boats are very hard to finance and you have to basically get an unsecured loan.
