Just read on LASportsman where Larry estimated over 3 million birds in the November Survey. With the mild temperatures we have had, and as early as it is, maybe the key factor is water????

I'm beginning to think this has a lot more to do with it than we realize.
I hunt in SW LA and the last real good year we had was the 2012-2013 season and I remember it being pretty dry leading up to the season, similar to this year.
