She says thanks. Even if you are a Texas fan.

Texan not a Texas fan. LSU class of 2012, went all the way Tiger back in 03 when Kevin Faulk rained all over Steve Spurrier's NC parade and Little Nicky curbed stomped Bob Stoops in the title game.

For stomping the shite out of OU I will die a tiger fan even if they never win another game.

LSU's ok so long as they aren't playing Arkansas. Alot of our friends and neighbors have divided households. Game week is always fun around here.

On a more somber note, I'm praying these storms let up. I have a 28 yo pt that needs a liver transplant and they have one in Texas for him, but they can't fly because of the weather.

I think you might have your dates mixed up a bit there.

LSU beat #1 Florida in 1997 and it was Herb Tyler doing most of the damage.

Eta: And didn't Faulk graduate in 1998?

You are right doc. It was the 97, 98 Florida game the 33-3 game. Everyone talks about how awesome Nick Saban is now but forget that Steve Spurrier only lost like 4 games while coaching at florida in the 90's.

That sucks. Good job helping him with 10+ yrs since then...I know it is not needed but it is nice to have your work recognized. I hope he gets his liver.

I think it's a go. He kinda got wild when he was first diagnosed thinking it was a death sentence. I kept on him without being too self righteous or condescending. He moved but I've seen him off and on over the years. He cleaned up which prolonged his survival and got him on the donor list. He's been messaging me on FB from the ICU and said it's a go.
