It is nice. More of a pleasure boat than a practical fishing boat.

It's a beast to make a tight turn with bc it's so long and the bow is out of the water.

Yamaha 70

It doesn't go that fast but when it planes out it's a nice ride. not meant for SLA though like I said - bow sits so high even on a plane u can't see shite.

They don't recommend a big motor. Look at the website. That was my first question when i saw it a few years ago.

Probably gets crazy mpg huh?
We have a 16' Whaler with a 115 Merc which is the highest rated for that boat and we'd be lucky to hit 40 with 2 people on board. Some boats just aren't meant to go that fast.

yeah i was looking at that. Max recommended for a 23' was 90. That's pretty awesome

Me too. Going from our 21' Champion with a 250 pushing 65 to this boat barely going over 35 makes me sad.
