Weasel or mink ?

Been trying to figure out which since I saw this little guy yesterday a.m.
Solid black body and underside, white patch at nose/muzzle and white tipped ears
And before any comments on the shitty video, I’m in a Basscat, with the trolling motor foot pedal in the front position in log-infested waters. Didn’t feel like going for a swim in 54 deg water

I don't see a pic but I believe a mink has a dark belly whereas a weasel has a white belly.

Now I am starting to wonder if it's a young fox squirrel but I didn't think the tail was bushy enough?

You sure that isn’t a black fox squirrel?
I’ve seen the in Aiken plenty of times. They will slap tear up a bird feeder.
