If you have cell phone covereage get a camera that texts pictures and put it on the gate. Best thing you can do. If they want to get into your property they will, and there's no use in spending $5000 on a gate when you can get a $300 camera and know exactly when and who is entering.
There's going to be a weak point either in your gate or your fence, if someone wants in there bad enough they will get in.
ETA: Don't actually put your camera on the gate lol. I mean hide a camera to where it will take pictures of the gate or road going into the gate.

I work for a pipeline company and routinely go into hunting clubs and remote locations. As stated before, the best gates to serve your purpose would be a pipe gate with the " hidden lock" feature. Another tip would be to make gate wide enough so that if there is maybe a ditch by the gate, to make the gate wide enough so that they cant pass between the outer part of the gate and the ditch. but also remember that if your property has a pipeline on it, in the original agreement, you may need to provide the company with access through said gate. In that case we usually "daisy chain" locks together so that all the company has to do is unlock their lock to get in gate. But, if someone really wants to get on the property they will find a way.

No Chains, no accessible lock.
We build a steel box around the lock point - open only at the bottom and a 1/2" slit for the lock bar to go through. You can reach in it to unlock but cant get tools inside to break the lock. - check for wasps during summer.
