Vision Grills

Does anyone have a Vision ceramic style grill? Long story short, I am trying to salvage one for somebody, and looking for a few replacement parts. I figure most ceramic style grills/smokers have interchangeable parts, but was curious if any of you guys have any experience with getting Vision replacement parts. If so, what's the best place to do so? Thanks!

Have you contacted them? Their customer service has been amazing. I had a part that was not listed. I admitted that the part that broke was my fault and they still sent me one for free.

If your wheels break off your base I highly recommend the Dracaryse base as a replacement
