I will say that after locating the socket for the Toyota removing the cannister was easier than a conventional filter...the one on my truck is a PIA....barely enough room for the thin metal to fit between one side of the filter and the transmission.


Buy the adapter and put it in the glove box of the vehicle it is intended for, now you always know where it is.

Dam brilliance! I should have done just that. I am about as bad as it gets when it comes to losing tools and misplacing shite....thats a good idea. Sold the venhicle but if I ever have the same issue I will do exactly that....damn solid advice!
