There is a premium rotary cutter at tractor supply. Its the BAD BOY IMPLEMENTS brand. I have a 4ft model, and it is built very heavy duty. It also is priced really good too. It is black and orange. Not the yellow county line pieces of junk.

I had a yellow tractor supply 6' for a while and found it was ok for how cheap it was. It was definitely not a woods or bush hog, but it served a purpose. Other than shear pins I never had any trouble from it. Was light duty use only.
