Prawn -.we are fishing, not hunting. Makes a world of difference. If I dig a pond on my property, stock it with bass and it does not connect to public water, there is no limit on how many I can keep. Those are my fish.
If I dig the same pond but also dig a channel which connects to public water and is navigable, the limit of fish to be kept is subject to state regulations.

Congrats to Todd. He has almost a million YouTube views across 2 videos about this situation. There's no way he knew that he was fishing somewhere that might cause a scene, kept his camera rolling, then took advantage of it for views, clicks and money.
