These two pics are definitely of the same deer.
While the feeders help get you pics of a deer like that, they are also the number one reason why that buck may never be killed legally.
When you give them easy pickens like the feed/corn from feeders, it gives him no inclination to have to move during daylight hours. He feeds all night, goes back to his core area before dawn and doesn't leave again until dark the next evening. (Obviously except for the rut)
widen your trail cam pics to include quadrants leading to the feeder. Then backtrack until you figure out his core area. And try not to check the cams except during or just prior to a thunderstorm, to help kill your remaining scent.
Good luck getting that big guy ... he is a magnificent buck.

Holy Hell. Did you go night stalking that mans deer?
People have been shot, and fed to hogs for less.
ETA: I re-read the thread. Congrats on the nice buck. You lucky sum beach.

I've seen these pics the OP posted. Friend showed it to me last week. Said his BIL had it on cam and hasn't had time from work to hunt it.
Hmmm. Someone is telling stories it seems

What part of St.Francisville? Near what road?
If its close to where I think they have a big deer like that killed in that area every 10 years or so

For a deer like that i would seriously consider bending the rules on legal shooting hours
I would think long and hard about being in that stand waiting for the strobe to hit on the game camera...I would also spend an unusual amount of money on corn and perhaps a crossbow...
Edit: Just read the second page.
