This young guy came by less than 45 minutes after setting the camera up.
Talk about just in time. LOL

Yeah but look at the time.

This little guy is probably gonna be a big old buck before it's all said and done.
Not to mention he's headest for the thickest cutover you can possibly imagine probably to bed down.

Now if I can just get his paw-paw to show.

I'm thinking he may be skulking because he caught our fresh scent from putting the camera up. He didn't show up since then , so who knows, maybe he didn't make it.

Then again my hunting bud hunted a lone wolf I have @ 80 yds from here and had a nice young buck come by him Sat. roughly 10 min. before shooting light. Hit him with a quick light from the stand. They usually don't spook if you just hit them with it from above and turn it right off, just long enough to get a quick glimpse.
Figure they must think it's lightning, if they don't wind you that is.
