Texas Rut has begun

For sure. They were chasing hard in Lampasas this past weekend. Had two fights and 10 different bucks in only 2 sits.

I don't know if you have ever looked for arrowheads but the Bend area is absolutely loaded with high quality artifacts. If there is a creek on the property, I would be looking hard when I wasn't hunting.
