Those look good enough. We build our own though. I can build a 4' x 6' box stand with a metal roof for about $350-$400.

Anyone have a good set of plans? I'm gonna build a new one soon and haul it out on a trailer most likely

I have a 4x8 on a 5' tower (by Texas Hunter), and it is a great blind. I have built my own, and I like that this one is made of materials that won't degrade like plywood. The expense was more than any I have built, but not ridiculous and it is very sturdy - I'll buy more. I wish all my blinds were this good.

Also, I have had mine since early 2014 and so far never a wasp nest. Don't know why, but the critters don't get inside. I don't think it is because they can't, but so far no problems with wasps.

I actually hunted in that double blind and over the feeders this year. The blind was really, really nice. The double was huge, it fit myself, my dad and my son on the floor easily. It was pretty quiet, the windows were quality and slid up quietly to be held by velcro. Overall I was really impressed. The feeders were nice, large and...well...feeders.

If you are looking for comfortable blinds this is the way to go, it is far from roughing it.

The one I have is VERY loud because of the metal construction. If you bump the side it sounds like a drum. Not sure if some come with some sort of insulation but I am likely adding some to mine in the offseason to make it quieter

I used to hunt at a camp that had several of the 4x4 models with a 10ft base. You can do much better for less money IMHO. Decent build quality but these people make a better unit.

Honestly it’s not the money it’s the time and I’m not that skilled of a carpenter. If I can get something for around a 1000 that will last my lifetime Im not going to build it myself.

I had no problems with that in the ones I hunted in.

Have to have long horns to rattle if they want to bring out the big deer
