Some have reported binding with the rear opening of the upper receiver right before the takedown lug.
One way to check to see if you can charge the rifle in semi and reset modes.

Also, check to make sure you have a low shelf lower. The rear of the lower should sit just below the top of the safety hole.
If it’s higher, you may have to shave it back enough for the lever to clear.

I’m good on both accounts (modded my upper/ have an m16 cut lower). If you don’t have your receiver extension on, and remove your bolt carrier, with your upper and lower mated together you can see where it hits the upper when not modded as well.

AS Designs has their ARC-Fire Trigger in stock today. It utilizes a Hoffman Tactical style lever arm with your standard safety switch similar to the Atrius Super Selektor.
