Yep. And you can tell shite from that video. Had the wife watch it to give an unbiased opinion. She didn't know shite about the situation and has no fricking clue who Tony Stewart is. She said she saw nothing but some dumbass walk onto a track and get hit. (No offense to the kid and his family...those were her words and I didn't tell her he died.) Prayers to all involved, but for ANYBODY to think TS should do time...You are a fricking idiot. Even if he was gonna throw a little mud, the kid walked onto a track and damn near got hit by the car in front. Not to mention it was TS's rear tire. Hell the kid might have tried to kick the shite out of his car and slipped. The "fishtail" that some have attributed to TS trying to scare the kid appears to me to have happened when the kid went under the tire. Terrible damn incident, but no crime was committed.
