When this became an issue last year we did our part by not transporting cane and trying to cut blind materials closer to our blinds.
My question has two parts though. I read a report earlier this year that they weren’t sure if the scale was actually the culprit so what came of that? And next time you’re out and about, start checking cane where you see it. Since it has been brought up, I’ve yet to find an area that doesn’t have the signs of it. Isn’t this too little to late?
