Spot & Stalk guide hunting. Do I need glass?

I’ve got a spot and stalk whitetail hunt coming up next week. Got the envie after watching a bunch of Meat Eater episodes. I’m sure the guide will have their own glass, I’m thinking I should upgrade my own binos.
I don’t have a use for them outside of this trip, what’s a good pair of binos around 300?
Any chance the guide brings an extra pair?
