Be careful, you need to keep the fence boards plum, check every 3-4. If not they will run on you and your wife will bitch and the neighbors will laugh.

Those are good prices on the fence and I would go with cedar over pine.

Prep the soil prior to laying the sod by tilling in some fresh top soil and throw a little fertilizer on top of the soil before laying te grass.

Roll out the grass and stagger the joints just like laying hardwood. After the sod is down go over it with a roller and water the hell out of it until it takes, should be about 2 weeks.

Just put in 75' of privacy fence/wall. Besides digging the holes it was pretty easy, my runners don't look as good in the back as the ones pictured, but the front looks fine and the count neighbor is why I have the fence in the first place, so frick her if it's not perfect. The pickets are plum, wouldn't be able to stand that.

Weekend project. Get the right tools, a friend to be a go-for, and a lot of water to drink.
