It's been a while since I messed with any of it but have you installed the 2" shackle yet? You should be fine with clearance with just a shackle.
I think you get close to needing a C notch with a flip kit + shackles but I could be wrong. At one time my brother had a 2010 with like a 8/10 drop, notched frame, tubbed front/rear, etc. and I'd help him out with it a little bit.

Dicknose, bringing the back down 2" makes it level.

That's the problem. With this specific year range one of the bed seams falls out directly above where the shackle and leaf spring eye meet. The seam is less than 1/2" down, but just enough so that you can't get the bolt out of that connection. They show it clearly on the Belltech installation instructions, but I'm not saavy enough to post a pic on here. It's in an awkward location directly overhead that makes it so difficult to fold/beat flat without putting it on a lift, but it is what it is I guess.

An you use the weight of the truck body and a rod to flatten it?

I had the frame rails on jackstands and was using a rod and hammer to beat it flat. I'm going to try to make a couple of snips in it and use a drift pin and ball peen this time. The weight of the body will def help too. Thanks.

My buddy married a fat chick to take care of this.

You gotta think feeding it alone would be hard on the wallet!

I’ve seen a few done this way and the trucks look good. I’ve seen a lot of wonky alignments from coil spacer levels, too.
