Moved to Official C&D Thread 
Finished up working on the boat earlier than expected, decided to whip up something special.
Deer backstrap saute'd topped with beef demiglase and crabmeat!
Mrs Boux, not much of a wine drinker so worked on a case of Miller lites while cooking and eating!

was pretty damn good! Cheated on the demiglase and tried to use beef base instead of legit stock gave it a strong flavor but was still bad arse

Best thing about it is I go take a nicotine test in 2 weeks, if it comes back negative, which it should if I stay without it, my life and health insurance premiums will drop.

It ain't the prettiest gravy in the world and I didn't anticipate posting it on the OB when I took the pics or I'd have been neater about it. These were to text the girlfriend to show her what she's missing. But it was some kinda good.
