Ruger 22 issues

I have a family heirloom 22 ruger. I believe it is an original Mark. If I do a serial number search some.45 comes up.
Anywho, cleaned and took to range last trip. Jammed every other round. Ejecting brass would catch on loading round which would only make it 1/3 of the way into barrel.
Also had a few times pulling trigger and nothing fired.
If you shake it...it rattles, the barrel is not a tight fit on the assembly.
Finish is rusted as well.
Are there any Smith's in lafayette,or can I have Ruger fix and refinish?
Thoughts?

If you know how, take the gun and the magazine apart, clean and lube.
Sometime a sticky chamber will cause ejection/chambering issues on a .22. I had a Mark II that required a periodic scrub of the chamber with a bristle and cleaning solution to keep it running well.
Doesn’t hurt to clean old mags. The springs can get dirty and sticky with dust/dirt, which prevents smooth feeding.
